By purchasing and using our services, we ask you to agree to these guidelines for Code of Conduct, General Policies, and general Terms & Conditions.

Non-discrimination Policy

The UP! Factory is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, contractors, and vendors. We are a safe space and do not discriminate based on age, color, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender expression, marital or military status.

 

Protecting your Information

We respect your privacy and will not share, sell, otherwise exchange your personal information. We will also not share information about your presence or absence from a class or service without your permission. 

 

Access to Services

Clients or the general public are not allowed to go into classrooms or private service rooms when not attending class or receiving a service, unless accompanied by a Staff Member. If you have left something that needs to be retrieved after leaving a space, please ask Front Desk staff for assistance, and you may need to come back another time to retrieve your left item. No one is allowed past our Main Desk and Front Foyer to tour the space unaccompanied, or to check on the presence or absence of an individual on our premises. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time. 


Filming in Progress

To ensure the safety and protection of our clients and staff, we use closed circuit audio and video recording in all public areas. (We do NOT use video recording in private spaces such as restrooms or massage therapy service rooms.) 

 

Considerations in our Space

We are a smoke-free and scent-sensitive environment. Please refrain from use of strong perfumes, colognes, lotions, or deodorants before or during your visit to our facility.

Firearms, concealed or not, are not allowed on our premises.

We are a “Politics-neutral” environment - please be respectful and courteous with those who may hold differing viewpoints, and refrain from political debate within our space.

Disclosure of Injuries and Special Conditions

It’s your responsibility to share knowledge of your injuries with us - it is our policy that you should not participate in physical activity without informing us of special needs or injuries, including pregnancy. It is also our policy that you not participate in physical activity with us without consultation with your doctor. It is your responsibility to inform EACH instructor EACH TIME you attend a class of any injuries or special conditions. This is a safe space to share information about injuries and needs. Our instructors and private service providers will make sure accommodations are made if needed to make you feel comfortable and safe. If you expeience injury while receiving services, it is your responsibility to inform your instructor as well as desk staff. Our insurance requires that any and all injuries require our staff to complete an Incident Report and collect witness accounts. If you experience any unusual physical symptoms from exposure to heat or exertion, we require that you rest, rehydrate, restore blood sugar and electrolytes, and allow your body to fully stabilize for a minimum of 20 minutes, and that you check out with our desk staff or instructor, prior to leaving the premises..

Purchases, Discounts, Refunds and Transfers 

For legal purposes you must provide your full legal name and mailing address before receiving any services from us. 

All purchases are non-refundable, and have an expiration date.

Any purchases made prior to Jan 10, 2020 are non-transferrable. Items purchased on or after Jan 10, 2020 and fully paid off may or may not be transferred with a $50 transfer fee - see individual terms and conditions for each purchase for individual purchase details.

Any discounts must be claimed before checkout and if an ID is required, it must be presented in person to receive discount. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Gift Certificates and vouchers have no cash value.

Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to discontinue any class, service, or membership at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time. 

Parking

We have no private parking and are not responsible for any parking tickets, towing charges, or damage to vehicles or personal belongs while you are receiving our services.

Lost & Found

We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal items. Please lock all valuables in your car!

Lost & found items such as, yoga mats, water bottles, etc. left at The Up! Factory that are unclaimed for 3 months will be become property of The Up! Factory. If a yoga mat or other valuable item was left and you are a military member that became deployed, The Up! Factory staff needs to be notified of your lost item and will hold until someone picks it up for you or you return. Water bottles that are left outside of the the publicly accessible water bottle storage area located in the hallway at the zen spot of The Up! Factory will be put in the lost and found bin for at least 3 months and if left unclaimed will be discarded. 

Pet Policy

Registered service animals and emotional support animals that are prescribed by a psychiatrist and meet certain criteria (and have updated vaccination records) are allowed. Please contact us for full details!
